Announcing Ponyville Ciderfest 2021

We can now confirm that next year’s Ponyville Ciderfest is scheduled for October 22-24, 2021! We’re taking all of the grand plans that we had for this year and moving them to these new dates – specifically that it will be our first time at our new home at the Hilton City Center Milwaukee, and that it will be 3 days dedicated to one of the most popular and sometimes underappreciated types of creators in the fandom – Cosplayers! More information on this will come early next year when we start planning.
Badge Transfers
In order to keep things as simple as possible, everything that was originally transferred to or pre-purchased from Whinny City Pony Con 2020 to Ponyville Ciderfest 2020 has been transferred to Ponyville Ciderfest 2021. You don’t have to do anything! This goes for ALL PAID items like vendors, sponsors, weekend badges, add-ons, etc.
We can’t edit anything from the WCPC20 registration system since the event has ended, but if you have something in your account that says “(PVCF20 TRANSFER)” next to it, you can just pretend that now says “(PVCF21 TRANSFER)”! You’ll get info on how to register for the new event after Whinny City Pony Con 2021 concludes in June.
To keep things simple, we will not have a mechanism to transfer a PVCF20 badge to WCPC21.
Badge Refunds
We understand that some people might not be confident that can make the 2021 dates, so we are offering the option to get a refund on anything from the WCPC20 registration that now has “(PVCF20 TRANSFER)” on it. We kindly ask that you only do this if necessary, but will ask no questions for any requests. Please fill out this form to request a refund and we will contact you. You will need your Eventbrite Order Number that has the PVCF20 item on it that you want to refund.
