WCPC20 to PVCF21 Badge Transfer Info
If you transferred a badge from WCPC20 to PVCF20, that badge is now valid for PVCF21. In the next few days, you will receive an email from Eventbrite with information and instructions on how to complete your registration for PVCF21.
If you transferred a badge, you will NOT need to be online at the time registration opens to make sure you can secure it. Your badge is reserved, and you should be able to follow the instructions any time after registration opens to claim it.
The process we’re using for this is to make badge transfers as convenient as possible for those that supported us. As a result, however, upgrade options will initially not be available for current Patron and Sponsor Badge holders.
Only those that transferred a Weekend Badge will have the ability to upgrade. If you are wanting to upgrade your current Weekend Badge to a Patron or Sponsor Badge, then you will definitely want to be ready to go at Noon on the 19th. Around half of the usual allocation of Sponsor Badges have already been reserved for transfers, so the remaining ones will likely go VERY quickly.
