Our Grand Galloping Gala is back!
Join us for our annual Gala, which will be filled with fun, lively musical performances by The Manehattan Jazz Quartet and AchieveHunter1! You can also snack on hors d’oeuvres, participate in a dance lesson from Crackle’s Cousin Cosplay, and more! A ticket can be obtained from Registration or is included with all pre-purchased Package and Sponsor Badges.
Dress Code
Your outfit should be as formal as possible, but must be at least business casual or semi-casual. Cosplay is allowed only if it meets these requirements. This means that you should avoid shorts, sweatpants, Crocs, sandals, t-shirts, hoodies, baseball caps, or any torn or ripped clothing.
Denim is generally discouraged, but some jeans can be considered dressy if they are dark-wash, well-fitting, and free of any fading, distressing, or embellishments. Examples of appropriate dressy denim include straight-leg, dark indigo or black jeans paired with a blazer or a button-down shirt.
Ties, button-up shirts, dark or pressed pants (including appropriate denim), dresses, loafers or dress shoes, blazers or sport coats, suits, or formal military uniforms for service persons will help you meet the requirements of a formal outfit.
Ponyville Ciderfest reserves the right to deny or turn away clothing or cosplay deemed inappropriate. We will not provide refunds to guests denied entrance for failing to meet the Dress Code requirements.
