Salem Slater is a tattoo artist/illustrator from Northern Indiana that creates accessories and apparel featuring their artwork and designs.

This includes stickers, pins, keychains, desk mats, mugs, tumblers, art prints, and original paintings. All of the artwork at their stand is hand-drawn and turned into items for your enjoyment. Their favorite pony is Sunset Shimmer!

This form is for clients who would like to book their tattoo time beforehand.

Information will be looked over and reviewed by the tattoo artists Salem Slater (IG: mesmerize.ink) and Kara Koz (IG: karat.curations). If your tattoo is selected, you must be ready to put down half the cost of your tattoo as a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. Any clients who arrive 15+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment are subject to losing their tattoo slot, along with any deposits put down, as it may impact other appointments.

Tattoo information:

-$80 event minimum per tattooed client
-Cash/Cash App ONLY
-Arms/legs only for pre-drawn designs (some exceptions made)

Tattoo requirements:

– Must be 18 years or older.
– Have a valid, legal photo ID
– Have no open wounds/skin damage or irritation on the desired area
– Must not be under the influence of any substances
– Must be wearing clothing that makes the tattoo area accessible (No long sleeves/tight-fitting pants. Tank tops and shorts are ideal.)

The tattoo environment will take place in Ponyville Ciderfest’s vendor hall. While there are privacy screens available, there will be people walking around the area as we tattoo.

Custom inquiries will only be open until 11/14/2025 to give artists enough time to draw for the event. The artists have slots available for booking, but they will also be accepting walk-up appointments for pre-drawn tattoo flash. Any custom-drawn pieces MUST be inquired about before the show, as the artists won’t have time to draw for same-day custom tattoos.

Allow artists up to 7 days to respond to any inquiries made. If you have not received a response after this period, please reach out to the artist directly or submit another form.
