Our Packages help the con and save you money, but there are some details you may not be aware of!
Normally we offer a selection of Patron and Sponsor badges that offer a range of physical perks, events, and other benefits. These badges not only help pay for the majority of the con’s expenses but also they also help us order larger quantities of our merch, making the overall unit cost lower.
This year is no different. Even though we’re an online con we still have a few bills to pay and want to offer some merch, so we’re offering a few packages that are a significantly better deal than usual! Here are some details you may have missed:
– First: you DO NOT have to buy ANYTHING to participate in 99% of PVCF20. Aside from a few limited events and autograph sessions, everything else is FREE for everyone!
– All of the packages will go on sale this Friday, October 2nd, at Noon Central Time!
– The Sponsor Package is limited to 20. The rest of the packages will start out as all-you-can-buy but may get limited depending on sales.
– Almost everything in the packages will be a pre-order, so most merch orders won’t be placed until after the con. So, it could be 2-3 weeks or more after the con before your order gets shipped.
– Most physical items in the packages will also be available ala carte on the merch store, but the packages include some perks that won’t be and are at least 40-60% cheaper than what it would cost to purchase all the items in them individually!
– The designs for all the items will be posted as soon as the artists finish them – we would like to have them all done a week before the con at least. Spirit and Sponsor Package purchasers will get to see work-in-progress updates as we go!
– The Merch Store will open for Spirit and Sponsor Package holders 1 week early, on October 30th. It will open for everyone else on November 3, which will include PVCF20 pre-orders and any autograph sessions that we will have available.

Smile Package
This is your physical badge to show that you attended PVCF20. You get a real badge customized with your badge name like always and a brand new color lanyard mailed to your house in the continental US. If you are outside of the 48 states, you will need to cover the actual difference in shipping cost once we are ready to ship.

Support Package
A whole lot of merch is in this package for only $75. In addition to everything in the Smile Package, you also get our new shirt, glass, poster, mask, pin, and unique badge art for this level.
You also will get one of the Brony Thank You Fund 2021 calendars, which they normally sell for $15 at conventions. Thanks to COVID-19 they have an excess of calendars they weren’t able to sell, so they sent us a box to include in the Support packages and up. $5 of your purchase will go directly to BTYF.

Spirit Package
This option takes everything in the Support Package and adds in a second special pin featuring Fizzy Glitch, an exclusive poster from a TBA Guest Artist, and another small TBA gift (probably like a keychain or similar).
Purchasers will also receive a $68 credit to our Merch Store, which happens to be the exact amount it would cost to purchase a plushy (max $60) and have it shipped to you ($8 flat shipping per order). Don’t want a plushy? No problem, you can use that credit for anything you want in the store, or you can even save it for later or give it to someone else if that’s what your heart desires.
Speaking of the store, you will also get in to place your orders before the general public. Why is this important? Because there are several items in the store that have a VERY limited quantity remaining. For example, we only have 5 each left of the Caramel Malt plushy and the MLP-MSP F plushy set. Several pins, glassware, and certain shirt sizes have 5 or less of each remaining. So if there’s something that your heart is counting on, getting a Spirit or Sponsor package will give you the best chance at getting what you want!
And finally, you’ll get access to a private Facebook Group and Discord Channel only for Spirit and Sponsor package purchasers, where you’ll have a direct line to the con organizers and get news and announcements before everyone else.

Sponsor Package
This package is limited to only 20 people because one of the perks will be an exclusive group zoom call with our TBA Guests of Honor. Too many people would make this too crazy, so we have to limit it so that it’s enjoyable for those in it.
You’ll also get a hoody with our con shirt art on the back. And these aren’t just any old hoodies – these are the same ridiculously soft Bella+Canvas zip-up hoodies that we’ve been using for the last few events. It is honestly ridiculous how soft and comfortable these are.
Finally, your store credit will go up to $128 total – enough to get at least two plushies shipped to you – and you’ll also get a special gift ONLY for Sponsors, plus a shout-out on our website.
