– Only one art card will be signed per session

– The art cards are the only thing that is available to be signed

– Only one ticket is required per session, regardless of the number of people that will be in the room with you on your end. Note that only the purchaser will be allowed to connect to a session – your friends/family/etc can not use the link to join your session with you.

– Sessions will be 5 minutes long to make sure that everyone gets a chance to talk to Brian

IMPORTANT – in almost all cases, the autograph sessions must conclude when they are scheduled to end. They will not be oversold, but if several people arrive later in the session, the possibility exists that the session may need to end before all late arrivals can be seen. So, we strongly suggest that you arrive as early as you are able.

– There are no refunds for missed sessions, but we will at least still get you your autograph.

Here’s how it will work:

1. The purchaser will receive an email with a Zoom link. Zoom is a video chat service that is compatible with nearly all computers and mobile devices. You will not need to create an account with Zoom, but for the best experience, you should install the current version of the Zoom Client for Meetings or Zoom Mobile App from https://zoom.us/downloadPlease note that we are utilizing Zoom Breakout Rooms and that this feature is not compatible with Chromebooks/Chrome OS devices.

2. You will click the link to join the line for the session. You may join to get “in line” at any time – at the start of the session, members present will be accepted in the order their tickets were purchased. Those that join afterward will be accepted in roughly the order in which they arrive.

3. When it is your turn, you will first verify your purchase with a staffer, who will check to make sure your camera and microphone are working and will answer any questions you have.

4. You will then get to video chat directly with Brian 1-on-1! During your chat, Brian will customize an art card with an autograph just for you. (Note that the session will be monitored by our staff – please see the conduct rules below.)

5. After the weekend is over, all the autograph cards will be delivered to the convention. We will then send your card to you along with any other purchases made from the con store.

That’s it! Please note that the shipping of this item will be a little longer than normal.

CONDUCT RULES

– We’re sorry, but Brian will not be able to perform as any copyrighted characters on camera

– Our standard Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy will apply to these sessions

– Keep your sessions Safe for Kids. If something wouldn’t be OK to say, show, or do in a Kindergarten Classroom, don’t do it in the session

– Your session will be monitored by our staff. A violation of our rules can and will result in the immediate termination of the session, up to a permanent ban from all future Ponyville Ciderfest and Whinny City events.
