From the staff of PVCF19: THANK YOU! Written by TekCharlie on December 24, 2019

PVCF19 Thank You

WOW time flies when you’re exhausted from running three cons in a year! It’s already been 7 weeks since #PVCF19 and this is VERY late, but we still wanted to make sure to thank everyone that helped make this year such a success.

First and foremost, thanks to all 1,369 amazing attendees that came out to celebrate the holidays with us this year. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again—without you, Ponyville Ciderfest would not exist.

Extra thanks to all of our Sponsors and Patrons for helping to support #PVCF19. From the Equestrian Sponsors all the way to the Spike Patrons, our ability to put on amazing programming and invite wonderful guests comes from your faithful and consistent patronage.

Speaking of our wonderful guests, thank you so much to our quartet of voice actors: Kelly Sheridan, Claire Corlett, Sunni Westbrook, and Katrina Salisbury! You were all such wonderful guests and we’d have any of you back in a heartbeat.

We were also lucky to welcome Tori Grant and Desirae Salmark to their first MLP Convention, as well as bringing back Jim Miller and hosting Andy Price for his first time with us. Production staffers and artists are always a joy to have, and you are easily some of our favorites!

Thanks to our 22 Community Guests including ACRacebest, Saberspark, argodaemon, Silver Quill, Brony Brewer, Choco Pony, Fiaura the Tank Girl, Foalpapers, Jadedjynx, Jake Whyman, JHaller, KrazyKariana, Midnight Premiere, Minty Root, PaleoSteno, pixelkitties and more!

Extra special thanks to Community Guest InkKey Studios for creating the beautiful art found on our con book cover, welcome banner, and standard badges!

Also thanks to Scope for not killing our con (not that he didn’t try)!

Our #PVCF19 musician lineup also rocked the house all weekend long! Huge thanks to Gala performers Vocal Score and 4everfreebrony, Christmas Eve performers Black Gryph0n, Francis Vace, Brilliant Venture, VinylTastic, Straight From the Heart, TCB and Nevermourn, …and also to New Year’s Eve performers The Shake Ups, Crusader, Cyril the Wolf, Forest Rain, P1K, The Wonderbolts, Prince Whateverer, Seventh Element, John Kenza, loophoof, and Eurobeat Brony! You’re all incredibly talented and valued parts of our events.

Do you want to know what else is amazing? Your generosity! Not only did we raise a verified total of $27,290.18 for @gabnoworg, we once again shattered last year’s charity record! The funds we raised are going to enable GAB to help a lot of kids, and we should be proud of that.

Thanks to all our Vendors for providing yet another amazing selection of wares! Our attendees’ wallets surely left emptier than when they arrived, so job well done! https://ponyvilleciderfest.com/2019/vendors/

Thanks very much to our good friends at The Cider House of Wisconsin for returning for our annual tasting event and collaborating with us on another delicious cider for our lucky ticket holders to take home!

Extra special thanks to everyone that volunteered their free time to be on our staff this year. You can see them all here, and we honestly can’t emphasize how appreciative we are of all of them! https://ponyvilleciderfest.com/2019/volunteer/staff-directory/

Speaking of staff, we have to give a special shoutout to our art team of Sweet Cream, Ruef, BB, Twisted Sketch, and ShibaRoll for making such great art for us! You all constantly go above and beyond and it shows.

PVCF19 Artists

And we can’t mention staff without giving a special nod to our #PVCF19 Leadership. Thanks to Pinkie Irrational, Beardy, Michelle Worthley Vivid Syntax, and Charlie Worthley for steering this crazy ship.

PVCF19 Leadership

Special thanks to Hasbro, Allspark Animation, WildBrain (formerly DHX), and My Little Pony for creating a show that continues to inspire, teach, and unite us. None of this would exist without your tireless work, and thank you for always reminding us that Friendship is Magic.

Special thanks to our home for the last six years, the Milwaukee Hyatt Regency! You’ve been a great home for us for the last 6 years, and we appreciate everything that you’ve done for us. Looking ahead though, we’re very excited about the future of Ciderfest!

As announced at Closing Ceremonies, #PVCF20 will be a Nightmare Night Celebration of Cosplay, from Oct 30th – Nov 1st, 2020 at our new home, the Hilton City Center Milwaukee! Thanks so much to them for welcoming us in, and for offering our attendees $5/night parking!

PVCF20 Theme Reveal

To everyone that came out: Please take our attendee survey! We want to know what you all thought about the con. It goes over everything and can take a few minutes to fill out, but your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us plan future events! https://forms.gle/GEbmWKpu3EaKEHbd8

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – we intend to keep returning as long as people keep coming. So one more time, from all of us to all of you, THANK YOU from the #PVCF19 team, and we’ll see you at #WCPC20 in March and #PVCF20 next fall!
