We’re showing our appreciation to our most loyal supporters with this FREE 5 Year Pin!

All businesses are dependent on their customers, but this applies even more so to conventions. We rely on pre-sales, at-the-door sales, sponsors, vendors, musicians, panelists, and staffers. It takes all of them to make a con a success, and if any one of these don’t go as planned, a con can be ruined. We’re incredibly thankful that we have been able to come back for our 5th year, and we want to say thank you.

At Ponyville Ciderfest 2018, if you have attended all 4 previous years, you will be able to get a FREE 5 Year pin at our Con Store.

There are several ways to verify that you are eligible for a pin:

– The easiest way is to just bring all your old badges! We’ll take a quick look to make sure they’re all really yours, and then the pin is yours. Plus, having all the badges together with the pin will make a great picture!

– Show us all your previous order emails, either printed or on your phone. Note that the first year was not on Eventbrite, you’ll want to look for a PayPal email with a subject like “Receipt for Your Payment to Ponyville Bronies LLC”.

– We can do our best to try to look you up in any of the previous years as well. The first year will be the hardest since it wasn’t in a proper ticketing system, but we’ll do our best!

– We’ll also accept photographic or other convincing evidence that you were at a year that you can’t provide any of the above for in case you’re the “only pay cash at the door and throw your badge away after” type, heh.

To be clear: ANY badge type qualifies, from single day passes to sponsor badges to staffers, vendors, etc.

We will have 100 of these pins available. This should be enough for everyone that qualifies, but supplies are limited in case our estimates are wrong, so get yours earlier rather than later!
